Full Job Description
This position reports to the Head of Manufacturing responsible for our highly visible project in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. The successful candidate will provide clear leadership of an environment focused on Lean strategies. Derives and implements Lean strategy, guidelines and methodologies to achieve sustainable Lean implementation. This position requires the selected candidate to be on-site. You will make an impact by: - Consulting/ coaching BU Senior Management on Lean topics, for all steps and aspects of the respective business value chain. - Selecting together with business responsible projects for strategic introduction and continuous improvement of Lean. - Coordinating and allocating resources for the Lean support in the projects. - Recommending and tracking Lean trainings for different org/ competence levels. - Ensuring documentation, controlling and monitoring of Lean implementation progress. - Acting as change Manager, ensures a consequent continuous improvement. - Leading Lean communities in BU and communicates best practices and progress of the transition. - Providing regular feedback on current activities and learning/ best practices during BUs Lean implementation in Siemens Lean Communities and /or Functional Board decisions. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
