As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects using your engineering expertise. The Fiber Infrastructure Engineering and Delivery Team, a unified organization within Google Global Infrastructure (GGI), operates at the intersection of technology and immense scale. Our mission is to build the resilient long-haul fiber assets and data center network spaces that power Google's global growth and AI leadership.

As a Lead Technical Program Manager, you will serve as a strategy driver and industry expert overseeing all Adds, Moves, and Changes across Google's global data center footprint. You will manage a comprehensive technical portfolio encompassing Outside Plant (OSP), Inside Plant (ISP), and New Product Initiatives (NPI). By navigating a complex ecosystem of internal and external stakeholders, you will translate physical network demands into executable building and fiber designs. You will be a versatile leader, equally adept at presenting strategic analyses to executives, discussing technical trade-offs with deployment engineers and contractors, ensuring Google's network infrastructure remains the most reliable and efficient on the planet.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
