Lead Solution Architect - Data and Analytics
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Serve as a strategic leader responsible for designing enterprise-grade data and analytics solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Lead the architecture and delivery of complex data and analytics platforms aligned with business and technology strategy.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define solution scope, business requirements, and success metrics.
Design and optimize data models, pipelines, and integration frameworks to support advanced analytics and reporting.
Establish and enforce data governance, quality, and compliance standards across platforms and teams.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to architects and engineering teams, fostering innovation and excellence.
Evaluate emerging technologies and trends in data and analytics, recommending adoption strategies where appropriate.

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is:
165,300 to 235,000 USD
