JOB TITLE: Lead Software Engineering

JOB LOCATION: 211 S. Akard St., Dallas, TX 75202

DUTIES: Translate business and product requirements into comprehensive technical solutions, encompassing platform, network, and software layers, and data pipelines, through detailed functional, performance, security, and reliability analysis using advanced engineering models, tools, and methodologies. Design, develop, document, and analyze overall software and system architecture, ensuring seamless integration and optimal interaction between all components, including APIs, microservices, databases, and cloud infrastructure. Assess various frameworks for agentic solutions and designing the right architecture for multi-agentic, multi-modal software solutions. Architect, design, and implement various software components in the agentic solution, including ensuring privacy, compliance, data security, session management, memory management, caching, and performance tuning. Determine and implement multi-cloud solutions for real-time stream processing, message publishing, and message serving. Coordinate the design, specification, and integration of end-to-end systems and subsystems, collaborating across multiple engineering, product, and operations teams to ensure cohesive and efficient delivery. Lead the assessment and recommendation of technical solutions, such as algorithms, frameworks, and platforms, through rigorous proof-of-concept initiatives to drive continuous improvement and innovation in existing systems. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert, applying deep expertise in modern technologies, system design, and software engineering practices to resolve complex technical challenges and guide best practices. Perform advanced systems analysis and problem-solving, using evaluative judgment and precedent to address high-impact technical issues. Develop and introduce new concepts, methods, and techniques for cross-functional and enterprise-wide initiatives, proactively identifying and implementing innovative approaches to meet evolving business objectives. Develop and refine methods and techniques aligned with strategic project goals, ensuring that all technical solutions support the broader vision and objectives of the organization. Utilize object-oriented programming and API interfacing technologies: such as Python, PySpark, NodeJS/TypeScript, Java, .NET or similar, and API frameworks such as REST, GraphQL, Kafka, BigQuery, Databricks, DataFactory, Serverless, Secret Manager, ETL pipelines, and Unix/Linux shell scripting.. Utilize database and data warehouse technologies such as SQL, MongoDB, and Snowflake, multi-cloud expertise including Azure, GCP, and AWS, DevOps, automation practices, and project management principles.

REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in a related occupation utilizing object-oriented programming and API interfacing technologies: such as Python, PySpark, NodeJS/TypeScript, Java, .NET or similar, and API frameworks such as REST, GraphQL, Kafka, BigQuery, Databricks, DataFactory, Serverless, Secret Manager, ETL pipelines, and Unix/Linux shell scripting; and utilizing database and data warehouse technologies such as SQL, MongoDB, and Snowflake, multi-cloud expertise including Azure, GCP, and AWS, DevOps, automation practices, and project management principles.
