Job Title: QA Automation Engineer

Location: PCS CA, Toronto

Years of Experience: 7-10 Years

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled QA Automation Engineer with strong QA Automation Testing knowledge to uphold the quality standards of our software delivery lifecycle. This role is critical in ensuring that product releases meet the highest benchmarks of reliability and user experience. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience and will operate in an Onshore capacity, responsible for architecting and executing comprehensive quality strategies that reduce manual overhead and accelerate time-to-market.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive continuous improvement in software quality by championing robust automated workflows that provide rapid, actionable feedback to development teams.
  • Develop and implement strategic quality assurance roadmaps that align with business objectives and product delivery timelines.
  • Design and maintain scalable, reusable, and efficient test automation frameworks that support continuous integration practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into comprehensive and testable user stories and acceptance criteria.

Mandatory Skills:
  • Strong expertise in QA Automation Testing.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing test automation frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of continuous integration and delivery practices.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with various automation tools and technologies.
