Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud DevOps Engineer with experience in AWS, GCP, and Azure to support the deployment, automation, and operational stability of AI-driven claims solutions. This role will focus on building and maintaining scalable, secure, and resilient cloud and DevOps capabilities across environments, enabling efficient delivery of AI/ML, API, and automation workloads. The candidate will work closely with engineering, AI, platform, security, and operations teams to strengthen CI/CD, infrastructure automation, observability, and cloud reliability across multi-cloud platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Build and support cloud DevOps capabilities for Claims AI 10.0 initiatives across PCRB, E&I UNET, USP, and Disputes
Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines across AWS, GCP, and Azure environments
Automate infrastructure provisioning, application deployment, configuration management, and release processes
Support infrastructure-as-code and environment setup across development, testing, staging, and production
Improve cloud platform reliability, scalability, observability, and operational readiness
Enable secure deployment patterns by integrating security, compliance, and policy checks into the SDLC and deployment lifecycle
Support AI/ML and automation workloads by collaborating with engineering and AI teams on deployment architecture and runtime requirements
Strengthen monitoring, logging, alerting, incident response, and recovery practices across cloud platforms
Optimize cloud resource usage, cost efficiency, and deployment performance
Required Skills
Strong experience as a Cloud DevOps Engineer or Platform Engineer
Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, and Azure
Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipeline design and automation
Experience with infrastructure-as-code, cloud provisioning, deployment automation, and environment management
Experience with monitoring, logging, alerting, and operational support in cloud-native environments
Ability to work effectively across multiple Lines of Business
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills
