  • Architect and implement multi-agent workflows with a focus on goal orientation
  • Integrate LLMs, RAG pipelines, and external APIs into cohesive systems

  • Implement both short-term and long-term memory systems
  • Create and refine control loops for complex agent interactions
  • Conduct thorough testing and debugging of multi-agent systems
  • Establish necessary guardrails and approval systems to monitor actions
Full Job Description
AGENTIC AI ENGINEER

Architecting goal oriented , multi agent workflows using frameworks liek langGraph , CrewAI , Autogen etc

Tool and API orchestration skills

Integrate LLMs, RAG pipelines and external APIs/tools into end to end agent systems

Build prompt templates , memory / state management and reusable workflow components

Ability to implement short-term (context window) and long term (Vector DB) memory systems

Developing and tuning control loops such as ReAct , chain of thoughts and self reflection mechanism

Own testing and debugging for multi agent systems including tracing , evals and regression testing across workflows

Build guardrails and approval gates to prevent autonomous actions

Screening Criteria

Python , Go ,

AI Frameworks exposure like MCP , LangChain

Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes and cloud AI services

Strong knowledge of programming language (Python must)

Tech Lead (5-8 years experience)
