Lead Salesforce Developer/Architect Remote/Hybrid (3 Openings, 2 remote/1 hybrid)
Description:Diversified Systems is searching for a Lead Salesforce Developer/Architect to translate requirements into robust architectural designs and ensure the long-term stability of the Salesforce ecosystem. This role works closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the end-to-end technical design of Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Public Sector Solutions (PSS), LPI data model and custom applications.
- Develop and maintain architectural standards, integration patterns, and best practices for Salesforce and related systems.
- Develop, customize, enhance salesforce applications using Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, visualforce and SOQL/SOSL and Omnistudio Components (Flexcards, Omniscripts, DataRaptors, Integrations Procedures).
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs, ensuring alignment with platform capabilities and enterprise architecture.
- Provide technical guidance to development teams, review code, and ensure adherence to design principles and security standards.
- Oversee integration between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, middleware, and data pipelines.
- Conduct impact assessments for new features, enhancements, and platform updates.
- Ensure optimized system performance, data integrity, security controls, and compliance (including role hierarchy, sharing rules, and data governance).
- Support deployment strategies, CI/CD processes, and environment management.
- Serve as a subject matter expert during requirement workshops, design reviews, and solution validation.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases, new features, and industry best practices.
Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience) required.
- Extensive experience designing and implementing large-scale Salesforce solutions required.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, Apex, Lightning Web Components, APIs, and integration frameworks required.
- Experience with complex data modeling, security design, and performance optimization required.
- Proficiency with DevOps tools, CI/CD, version control, and release management required.
- Salesforce Developer Certifications (PDI/PDII) required.
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Application Architect, or System Architect credentials highly desired.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities required.
- Ability to lead technical discussions and influence design decisions required.
