JOB SUMMARY

The Quality Analyst plays a critical role in advancing operational excellence by evaluating processes, uncovering inefficiencies, and implementing sustainable, data-driven improvements. Partnering closely with teams across the organization, this role applies Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies to reduce costs, strengthen quality, and build a culture of accountability and excellence.

JOB DUTIES
  • Broadly applies principles, theories and concepts related to the profession. A seasoned, experienced professional with an in-depth/full understanding of area of specialization.
  • May provide recommendations regarding issues outside the bounds of defined procedures and practices. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
  • Wide latitude for decisions within assignments, programs and projects; impact is generally limited to the project or department.
  • Acts as a resource to advise and may at times lead the work of lower level professional and/or support employees. Generally represents the department on projects and may perform in a project leadership role.


ADDITIONAL JOB DUTIES
  • Defines and drives the organization's quality analysis strategy, establishing standards, tools, and frameworks that align with business objectives and long-term operational excellence goals.
  • Leads the organization's continuous improvement program, prioritizing high-impact initiatives and ensuring measurable outcomes across departments.
  • Oversees the design and delivery of quality reporting at the executive level, providing strategic insights and recommendations that influence business decisions.
  • Establishes and governs the organization's corrective and preventive action process, ensuring systemic issues are resolved and recurrence is prevented.
  • Serves as the senior quality liaison to executive stakeholders, building partnerships that embed a culture of quality and accountability across the organization.
  • Leads the design and implementation of enterprise-wide continuous improvement training programs. Builds internal competency in Lean, Six Sigma, and related methodologies across all levels of the organization.
  • Leads change management strategy for major quality and operational transformation initiatives. Engages stakeholders at all levels to foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Owns the organization's quality audit program, ensures regulatory and standards compliance, and drives a culture of accountability and continuous readiness.


EXPERIENCE
  • Requires minimum 8 years job related work experience in excess of degree requirements
  • Prefer minimum 8 years of experience in continuous improvement, process improvement, or operations analysis
  • Requires strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable plans.
  • Requires proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel or Power BI, and experience with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio)
  • Requires excellent project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Prefer experience in continuous improvement, process improvement, or operations analysis
  • Prefer understanding of the electricity industry


EDUCATION
  • Bachelor's Degree : Engineering, Computer Science. Business, Accounting, Auditing or related field (Required)
  • or a combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge to a major in such fields is required


CERTIFICATION
  • Six Sigma (Preferred)
  • ASQ (American Society for Quality) (Preferred)

$123,000 - $170,000
