You'll balance big-picture strategy with hands-on project leadership-partnering with executives, guiding cross-functional teams, removing roadblocks, and making decisions that keep critical initiatives on track.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Own delivery of complex projects and programs, including scope, budget, timeline, quality, and outcomes.
  • Lead cross-functional teams across business, technology, operations, and vendors.
  • Establish project plans, governance, communication strategies, and success measures.
  • Partner with executives to define priorities, objectives, and expected business results.
  • Manage risks, dependencies, resources, budgets, and competing priorities.
  • Lead requirements gathering and business process analysis.
  • Drive projects through planning, implementation, adoption, and benefits measurement.
  • Provide executive reporting, presentations, and project health updates.
  • Manage vendor relationships and third-party deliverables.
  • Support change management, communications, training, and organizational readiness.
  • Mentor Project Managers and contribute to improving project management practices and processes.

What Makes You a Great Fit
  • 8+ years of project or program management experience leading large, complex business and technology initiatives.
  • Proven success delivering enterprise projects with executive visibility and significant organizational impact.
  • Strong leadership, communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to connect project decisions and outcomes to broader business goals.
  • Experience managing budgets, resources, risks, and competing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in complex environments.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Planview, Clarizen, or similar platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field.
  • PMP certification strongly preferred; Agile, Scrum, SAFe, PMI-ACP, or similar certifications are a plus.
