Role Summary
We’re on the hunt for a dynamic and experienced Staff Product Manager to drive high-impact product initiatives and deliver solutions that scale. A Day in the Life
As a Staff Product Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping our product roadmap. From collaborating with cross-functional teams to launching complex, customer-centric products, you’ll guide every step of the product lifecycle. Your ability to communicate product vision, align teams, and drive decision-making will ensure our products consistently meet and exceed business and customer goals.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead and communicate the product vision and strategy in alignment with company objectives.

  • Manage the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch and iteration.

  • Collaborate closely with software engineers, designers, data, customer experience, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality products on time.

  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and product performance to guide decision-making.

  • Apply AI where it matters, where intelligence creates improvements in your product area and drive those bets from initial ideation through enablement.

  • Represent the voice and experiences of the customer(s).

  • Prioritize product features and enhancements based on business impact and customer value.

  • Mentor and inspire the product team, sharing best practices and helping elevate the team's capabilities.

  • Influence key stakeholders, including executives, to align and drive support for product initiatives.

  • Identify new product opportunities and stay ahead of emerging technologies.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Experience: 7+ years in product management, with at least 2 years in a senior, staff, lead, or principal-level role.

  • Expertise: Proven track record of launching successful products in B2B/B2C environments.

  • Collaboration: Comfortable working with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and marketers.

  • Technical Background: Strong understanding of technical concepts and agile development processes.

  • Leadership: Able to mentor, lead teams, and influence stakeholders across all levels.

  • Skills: Strong communication, strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Tools: Familiarity with Project Management Tools (Jira, Asana, ClickUp), Spreadsheets (Google Sheets, MS Excel), Design (Figma, etc), and other product management tools.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree a plus).
