Lead Program Manager ITThe Lead Program Manager IT job plans, organizes, and controls resources/processes to achieve project/program objectives within scope, time, quality, and budget constraints. This role requires deep program management skills and an understanding of various technologies to work in a highly matrixed environment with the ability to focus on solutions and outcomes through expertise, influence, and collaboration. Under minimal supervision, this job manages large projects for the organization.
Key Responsibilities and Duties- Organizes project teams by assigning individual responsibilities, developing project schedules, and determining resource requirements necessary to ensure project is successful.
- Estimates the costs, resources, and time required to complete each phase of a project and allocates resources and tasks to ensure these targets are met.
- Implements an established project plan and monitors progress and performance against this plan.
- Monitors the status of projects including cost, timing, and staffing.
- Identifies and resolves obstacles to completing project on time and to budget by collaborating with the program leadership to facilitate risk mitigation and resolution strategies.
- Conducts project meetings and prepares regular reports to communicate the status of the project within and beyond the project team.
- Coordinates the activities of outside contractors to ensure they are integrated into the project and that the organization receives satisfactory standards of service.
- Ensures strategic technical project management policies, practices, and procedures are understood and followed.
- Proactively communicate decisions and provide transparency to the program leadership and key stakeholders.
Educational Requirements- University (Degree) Preferred
Work Experience- 5+ Years Required; 7+ Years Preferred

Base Pay Range: $125,000/yr - $152,000/yr
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
