Position Summary
Reporting to Revenue Integrity Lead Director of Provider Support and Enablement, the Sr. Manager of Program Management will be responsible for Vendor Management. Responsibilities will include but not limited to Procurement processes, Quality Oversite, Performance Reporting, and will work closely with subject matter experts across all lines of business to establish and champion local market culture committed to revenue integrity excellence. This position will interact directly with internal colleagues and as appropriate external provider & vendor partners. Analysis will focus on member and provider specific intervention opportunity and effectiveness around complete and accurate diagnosis capture and reporting.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years experience with a combination of the following methodologies: management consulting, project consulting, change management, business process consulting, project management and/or strategic business planning
- 3+ years of Risk Adjustment experience or working with Risk Adjustment Vendors
- Demonstrated relationship management skills at the senior level; capacity to quickly build and maintain credible relationships at varying levels of the organization simultaneously
- Experience with enterprise-wide and/or cross-functional large-scale initiatives with high degree of complexity

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$67,900.00 - $182,549.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
