2026 Salary Range ($89,508-$138,370) Yearly

The A4RM Depot Maintenance Branch contains critical positions that directly support Center-level policy coordination and execution of Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR) initiatives. A4RM ensures continuity and compliance across AFSC Depot Maintenance operations and serves as a key integrator between strategic objectives and operational execution. This position will be utilized as the A4RM Lead at Tinker AFB. The Lead will understand all A4RM requirements as well as be a single POC for A4R supervision for all A4R personnel located at Tinker.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

1. Ability to plan, organize, lead functions, mentor and motivate the staff of an organization.

2. Extensive knowledge and skill in applying analytical and evaluative techniques for the identification, consideration, and resolution of issues or problems concerning efficiency and effectiveness of the program and/or strategic sourcing.

3. Master knowledge of overall missions, functions, and organization of the agency or component. Ability to apply the knowledge to evaluate current organizational strategies and performance.

4. Extensive knowledge of organizational concepts, principles, and practices as related to the requirements for performance-based logistics, acquisition., supply maintenance, procurement procedures, manufacturing, strategic sourcing, and other support areas.

5. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, clearly, concisely, and with accuracy, and maintain good working relations with all individuals and organizations.

6. Ability to work with, lead, and manage various groups or individuals to resolve difficult problems/situations as related to organizational issues. Ability to understand and deploy lean concepts in problem resolution.

7. Skill in interpreting and applying complex DOD, USAF, AFMC, and AFSC regulations, methods, operating procedures, and policies, as well as developing methods and operating procedures as required.

8. Ability to utilize AoP concepts and initiatives to plan, organize, and direct the functions and staff of an organization.
