The Opportunity Adobe's creative community connects millions of makers every month, from firsttimers to industry icons - and we want it to be the place people come to discover, learn, create, and share.
This role is for someone who's scaled community engagement before. You'll set the strategy, shape the programming, design the journeys across Learn and Community, and define how creators connect and learn in an AI-native world.
What you'll Do - Build and run the engagement strategy for Adobe Community and Adobe Learn - programs, events, and partnerships that turn visitors into active members
- Design onboarding, nurture, and recognition programs that keep members coming back
- Work with product, marketing, and support teams to turn what members tell us into real change
- Grow partnerships beyond Adobe - industry groups, agencies, platform vendors - to extend our reach
- Hire and lead a team of community engagement managers as the function grows
- Track the KPIs that matter and turn community data into a story leadership acts on
- Use AI daily to prototype programs and test ideas fast
What you need to succeed - Degree or 8+ years of equivalent practical experience building and scaling community, engagement, or growth programs
- A track record of growing a real community - getting members to connect, contribute, and keep coming back - that you drove yourself!
- Sharp instincts for engagement strategy, and the judgment to chart a course when there's no precedent to follow
- Experience building and leading a team, and winning buy-in from people outside your reporting line
- Daily, hands-on use of AI tools to prototype, test, and ship - this role expects fluency, not curiosity
- Experience running engagement programs across multiple regions and languages
