About this role:

The Lead Product Manager of Business Intelligence will play an important role in shaping the future of our Commercial Card business through cutting-edge analytics, effective information management and impactful business insights. This manager will translate data and information into actionable, thought-provoking narratives to formulate strategy decisioning, fuel our commercial card growth, and enhance our portfolio management.

The Ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial cards, embedded payment, data analytics, information management, and business reporting within financial services. Partnered with other product professionals and other key business stakeholders, the Manager will have deep understanding of our business cand client needs and develop tailored approaches leveraging available to drive value.
 
In this role, you will:
Next-generation data strategy and card campaign development

  • Identify and evaluate new internal and external data sources, integrate them with existing information, and generate deep insights that inform and enhance the next-generation commercial card data and system architecture.
  • Serve as the lead business representative in defining and adopting the new enterprise data schema across card-network, processor, and Wells Fargo internal Next Generation Data Center and Data Lake environments, ensuring that business requirements, definitions, and use cases are clearly represented.
  • Act as the primary business bridge and connection point among IT partners, card networks and processors, and bank Analytics and Reporting teams to align data architecture, governance, integration, and reporting capabilities.
  • Design and develop card campaigns using advanced data analytics and in-depth cohort studies to segment clients, bundle products and sales strategies, increase card adoption among new clients, and strengthen engagement and portfolio management for onboarded cards.


Sale support, business intelligence, portfolio management

  • Perform analytical deep drives to understand product performance, evolving client needs, and deliver data-driven insights that surface the “so what” and bring a fresh perspective to our clients and industry
  • Analyze client profile, card portfolio performance, business development to support the Sales function with persuasive narrative and engaging content
  • Design and implement data models that support dynamic pricing, spend analytics, and risk evaluation
  • Synthesize complex analysis into easily understandable stories for leadership and partner teams that speak to their most pressing business challenges

Business reporting: dashboard, information management

  • Find new sources of information, exercise creative problem-solving and operationalize analytics solutions to drive business reporting frameworks
  • Build compelling data visualizations and dashboards for Product Managers to use in understanding key business trends
  • Working with the Bank analytics and IT team to structure and manage the data and information related to Commercial Cards


Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial card product management, payments innovation, or financial services analytics.
  • Strong expertise in SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and statistical analysis.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML applications in financial services is a strong plus.
  • Exceptional storytelling skills — ability to turn data into narratives that drive business action.
  • Client-centric mindset with a passion for delivering innovative, value-added solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, or related field; MBA or advanced analytics certification a plus.

  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule

Pay Range


Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities. $119,000.00 - $224,000.00
