Job Description SummaryThe Lead Production Supervisor (2nd Shift) will work in a production shop environment to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line. Impacts departmental operations and responsible for planning/execution. The role has some autonomy but is focused on execution of activities within an operating discipline covered by standard functional practices and procedures. Some judgment may be required but this is typically with guidance.
Green Cell is undergoing a transformation during [redacted], as we are moving our T700 Midframe production line across the plant to implement 4 single-piece flow lines, which will expose them to lean principles and techniques. In addition, Green Cell has 6 NPI hardware components being introduced (T700 Exhaust Frame, T700 Spacer Ring, F110 components, and T901 components). This is an invaluable opportunity to be in a dynamic area with regular report outs and visibility to senior leadership. Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college + 3 years' experience in manufacturing leadership (OR a high school diploma / GED with at least 7 years of experience in manufacturing)

- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
- Established management skills: accountability of assigned team; capability to leverage LEAN processes, including standard work, 5S and visual management.
The base pay range for this position is
105,050.00 - 120,000.00. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on
