Full Job Description
As the Lead IT Business Analyst, SAP Record-to-Report, you will serve as a strategic technology partner to Finance and help shape, govern, and continuously improve the solutions that support global Record-to-Report processes. You will combine SAP Finance expertise, business process knowledge, and transformation leadership to enhance operational efficiency, financial controls, compliance, visibility, and decision-making across the enterprise.

WHAT YOU WILL DO...

Business Partnership & Strategy
  • Partner with Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Supply Chain, and IT leadership to understand strategic objectives and business priorities.
  • Translate business needs into scalable solution designs and technology roadmaps.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders on SAP Finance capabilities and best practices.


SAP RTR Solution Leadership
  • Lead the design, implementation, enhancement, and support of SAP Record-to-Report solutions.
  • Own functional solution architecture and business process governance for SAP Finance applications.
  • Evaluate impacts across integrated business processes and ensure end-to-end solution alignment.
  • Own core Finance and Controlling areas, including General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Internal Orders, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis, period-end closing, intercompany accounting, financial reporting, and other relevant areas.


Project Delivery & Transformation
  • Lead requirements gathering, solution design reviews, functional specifications, testing, deployment, and hypercare activities.
  • Manage multiple concurrent initiatives and project workstreams.
  • Collaborate with development, integration, data, analytics, and infrastructure teams.


WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH...

You will report to the Digital Business Partner, Financial Technology Solutions, and partner closely with Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Supply Chain, Procurement, External Reporting, Shared Services, Digital, development, integration, data, analytics, infrastructure, and IT leadership teams. You will also work with business stakeholders at the manager and director levels and collaborate within outsourced delivery and support models as needed.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE... (MUST HAVE)
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience delivering SAP Finance solutions in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments.
  • Proven expertise in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO).
  • Strong knowledge of Record-to-Report business processes and finance operations.
  • Experience leading medium- to large-scale SAP implementation and enhancement projects.
  • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into functional designs.
  • Strong understanding of integrated business processes across Procurement, Manufacturing, Inventory, Supply Chain, and Order Management.
  • Experience working with business stakeholders at the manager and director levels.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a complex enterprise environment.


IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAVE... (NICE TO HAVE)
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience working on IT projects as an SME or Lead Business Analyst for SAP RTR/FICO, supporting the Finance function within the Food & Beverage industry with a focus on data analytics.
  • Experience integrating SAP ECC with financial applications such as IT2, BlackLine, Vertex, SAP BPC, SAP BW, SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud, and Concur.
  • Proven ability to lead in an outsourced delivery and support model.
  • Strong program and project management skills, particularly in Agile environments.


Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between
$114,600-$157,600

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
