We are seeking an experienced lead advanced practice clinician to join and lead our EM team at Virtua Memorial Hospital in Mount Holly, New Jersey. This full-time role offers the opportunity to combine clinical practice with administrative responsibilities while working alongside a collaborative team committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
As the Lead APC, you will play a key role in supporting departmental operations, mentoring NP/PA team members, and partnering with physician and hospital leadership to ensure excellence in patient care and team performance.
Role Overview- Provide clinical care within a busy emergency department
- Serve as a leader and mentor for APC team members
- Assist with onboarding, scheduling, and performance management
- Promote quality, patient safety, and operational excellence initiatives
- Collaborate with hospital administration and emergency department leadership
- Support departmental goals and clinician engagement efforts
Competitive Compensation, with an estimated base salary of $70 to $85 hourly.
