  • Microsoft Enterprise Suite Administration: Optimize and secure our Microsoft 365 (O365) environment, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams, ensuring high availability for students, staff and faculty.
  • Application Connectivity: Ensure robust, low-latency network paths and secure integration for mission-critical systems, specifically our Jenzabar ERP and Canvas LMS environments.
  • Cloud Networking & Security: Manage WAN connections, Azure virtual networks (VNets), ExpressRoute/VPN gateways, Palo Alto and Azure Firewalls. Implement and maintain identity policies using Entra ID and Conditional Access.
  • Network Operations: Direct responsibility for network components, including core switches, access points, and wireless controllers. Manage the lifecycle and connectivity for enterprise servers.
  • Endpoint Management with NinjaOne RMM tool.
  • Transition Leadership: Act as the technical lead during the migration from the current third-party vendor to internal operations, establishing standard operating procedures (SOPs).
