Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Drafting, Engineering Technology, Architecture, or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in design and drafting.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit skills are preferred.
• Experience in preparing fabrication and modification drawings.
• Strong knowledge of permitting processes and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to effectively coordinate with engineering and operations teams.
• Proven management of multiple projects with accurate tracking.

Responsibilities

• Produce professional CAD drawings and complete design packages.
• Prepare and submit permit-ready application packages to relevant agencies.
• Track permit status and manage correction cycles with regulatory agencies.
• Revise drawings based on reviews and ensure they are field-ready.
• Maintain company drawing standards and documentation protocols.
• Archive permits and maintain organized project records.
• Identify workflow improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
