As a Lead Construction Engineer, you will oversee and manage the overall construction activities while ensuring adherence to project timelines, costs, and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage construction teams, ensuring effective execution of project plans
- Coordinate with various stakeholders including clients, contractors, and subcontractors
- Develop and implement project management methodologies and best practices
- Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and standards
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address any issues
- Review technical documentation, including drawings and design modifications
- Conduct regular site inspections to uphold safety and quality standards
- Prepare and present construction reports and updates to stakeholders
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on PMC roles
- Proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects in Western countries and Gulf region
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and construction processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
