We're looking for a strategic media leader who can connect investment decisions to business outcomes. This is not a role focused on execution alone. You'll lead media strategy, influence senior stakeholders, shape investment decisions, and build a performance-driven media agenda that supports sustainable growth across the region. Based on the intake information, this is a new role with responsibility for leading the Americas connected media strategy and driving measurement, effectiveness, and commercial impact.
As Lead, Connected Media, you will own the Americas media strategy and investment agenda. You'll translate business priorities into full-funnel media plans, guide agency partners, strengthen measurement and attribution, and ensure every media dollar delivers value.
You'll work closely with Brand, Social, Omnichannel, Commercial, Shopper, Finance, and Insights teams to create integrated media strategies that balance long-term brand growth with short-term commercial performance. The role reports to Adrianne Lambert and includes leadership responsibility for a direct report.
What You'll Be Accountable For- Leading the Americas connected media strategy and annual planning process.
- Developing audience, channel, and investment strategies that support business growth.
- Owning media budget recommendations, allocation, forecasting, and optimization.
- Driving media effectiveness through measurement, attribution, testing, reporting, and continuous improvement.
- Building and governing a structured test-and-learn agenda across channels, audiences, platforms, and creative.
- Leading agency and platform relationships, ensuring accountability, performance, and innovation.
- Partnering cross-functionally to align media investments with brand, retailer, shopper, and commercial priorities.
- Providing data-driven recommendations to senior leaders that influence investment decisions.
- Coaching and developing media capability within the team while creating a strong operating rhythm across internal and external partners. These responsibilities align directly with the approved role requirements.

You are comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment where priorities evolve, expectations are high, and outcomes matter. Industry backgrounds specified for the role include CPG, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and agency experience, with strong US or Americas market expertise.

The strongest candidates will also bring experience in retail media, major retailer activation, Amazon, advanced attribution or marketing mix modelling, and emerging AI or MarTech capabilities.
