Full Job Description
What You Will Do
Work with clients and technical resources to identify their business problems and develop the right approach and analytical solution
Produces Functional Specification; interacts extensively with various business units and teams for Requirements Gathering and Elicitation. The functional specification is the basis of system development and enhancement
Lead (direct report) Business Analysts to grow and continuously improve their craftsmanship
Develops test plans for new workflows and processes; documents process changes
Create process models for current and future states for process analysis
Initiate process assessments to evaluate its efficiency and effectiveness and create findings and improvement recommendations
Complete process gap analysis and transactional process documentation requests using consultative and proactive engagement frameworks
Execute the end-to-end document lifecycle to ensure consistent quality work from the process creation to consumption
Ensure that procedures for controlling, preserving, securing, and updating business process documentation are followed
What We Need
A degree in Business, IT or any relevant field
At least 7 years of experience in a BA role
Previous experience working in the insurance industry or Insurtech is a must
Experience in advising and guiding clients on complex transformation programs with key domain expertise in business readiness, business adoption, change strategy, visioning, execution, stakeholder management, benefits management, and communication
Basic understanding of the technical development cycle of a mobile application or web portals
Agile/Scrum Framework for Project Planning & Release Management experience is a must
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
