Responsibilities: Produce financial and market intelligence by querying data repositories and generating periodic reports. Devise methods for identifying data patterns and trends in available information sources.
Collaborate with our teams to understand complex analytical challenges and identify opportunities for Web Analytics-driven solutions. Collect and analyze website performance data, including traffic, conversion rates, bounce rates, and user behavior to monitor trends and identify opportunities. Create regular reports and dashboards, summarizing important findings and presenting applicable insights to the Digital eCommerce team and other stakeholders. Support in the planning and evaluation of proper tagging of relevant web properties. Perform customer segmentation and cohort analysis to understand the digital behavior and preferences of different customer groups, including product performance and customer experience. Collaborate with Digital marketing team in tracking the effectiveness of online advertising campaigns, including click-through rates, conversion attribution, and return on ad spend (ROAS). Some telecommuting is permitted.
Minimum Requirements: Master's degree in Data/Business Analytics, Engineering, Data Science, Statistics or related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in a data/business analyst-related occupation. Some telecommuting is permitted.
Special Requirements: Position requires at least three (3) years of experience in each of the following skills:
- Utilize knowledge of SQL to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets for marketing performance and conversion funnel insights.
- Utilize knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau and MS Excel to create dashboards and reports that communicate actionable insights to business teams
- Utilize knowledge of web analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics to monitor user engagement, identify drop-off points, and improve digital conversion funnels.
- Utilize knowledge of marketing analytics and statistical analysis to evaluate paid media campaign effectiveness, optimize promotional discounts, and improve ROI.
- Utilize knowledge of eCommerce to support user experience improvement and website conversion rate.
- Utilize knowledge of A/B testing to design, execute, and analyze experiments that optimize conversion rates.
- Utilize knowledge of project management methodologies to coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives.
Position requires at least two (2) years of experience in each of the following skills:
- Utilize knowledge of business operations, marketing, and financial modeling to support monetization strategies and improve revenue forecast accuracy.
- Utilize knowledge of Python to automate data pipelines.
- Utilize knowledge of R to perform statistical modeling, regression analysis, and forecasting of business key metrics trends.

Salary transparency Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $140,000 and $158,000 /year. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
