Overview

Job Title: Lead Analyst
Brand(s): Catalyst
Primary Work Location: Plano, TX

General Summary:
This Lead Analyst role sits within the Technology organization and partners closely with Technology teams, Technical Architects, Business Partners, Vendors, and Senior Leadership to advance critical supply chain capabilities. This role will play a key part in a transformational, multi-area implementation of a new Warehouse Management System (WMS). The Lead Analyst will develop deep functional and technical expertise across supply chain processes and enabling technologies, including warehousing, material handling, and transportation workflows, with the goal of becoming a subject matter expert (SME) within the portfolio.

Position Responsibilities:
• Supply Chain & Program Leadership
o Serve as a business and technology advisor for large-scale supply chain transformation initiatives, including WMS modernization across multiple divisions.
o Partner with business and IT stakeholders to define vision, roadmap, and outcomes for supply chain technology capabilities.
o Drive alignment across cross-functional teams including Operations, Merchandising, eCommerce, Transportation, and Technology.
o Influence decision-making and stakeholder alignment across portfolios with complex dependencies.
• Analysis, Delivery & Agile Ways of Working
o Lead requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation for complex initiatives spanning multiple supply chain functions.
o Facilitates backlog refinement, and sprint planning sessions.
o Promotes consistency in workflows, including definitions of ready/done and delivery standards.
o Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements consumable by technical teams and other audiences.
o Support solution design in collaboration with architects, vendors, and engineering teams.
o Ensure supply chain processes are scalable, efficient, and aligned to future-state architecture.
• Domain Expertise & Coaching
o Act as a recognized expert and point of contact between supply chain business and technology.
o Mentor and coach junior analysts; raise overall analyst maturity and domain knowledge.
o Communicate complex concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Position Requirements:
• 9+ years' Analyst and/or Supply Chain Operations experience
• Bachelor's degree in technology or related field
• Comfortable with remote/hybrid work environment and BA role with remote business users
• Has personally been responsible for gathering, documenting, and communicating requirements
• Deep Supply Chain Experience with Tier 1 WMS systems (preferably cloud based), warehouse flow, and multi-channel retail fulfillment
• Expert understanding of the Infios Warehouse Advantage Product Suite
• Experience leading or supporting enterprise-scale WMS implementations
• Experience supporting and operationalizing Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
• Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance analysis workflows, including accelerating requirements documentation, refining user stories, and improving backlog quality

Pay Range

USD $103,500.00 - USD $172,500.00 /Yr.
