Candidates should have familiarity with federal court practice. Extensive writing experience as well as the ability to handle a high-volume practice that includes file review, preparing case analysis memoranda, pleadings, attending routine court hearings, attending mediation or conciliation meetings, and negotiating settlement agreements is required.
The Day-To-DayAs an Staff Attorney in the Labor & Employment Department, you'll have the opportunity to work on interesting, challenging, and groundbreaking cases in collaboration with senior attorneys.
You Have- 3+ years of increasingly responsible experience in employment, commercial or insurance litigation
- Familiarity with federal court practice

The salary range for this role is $130,000 to $140,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee's pay within the salary range will be based on numerous factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for an annual merit increase and bonus pay.
