Full Job Description

We are seeking a Labor & Employment Associate to join our growing Labor & Employment practice. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with 3+ years of experience at a peer law firm representing employers in complex employment matters.
The practice focuses primarily on employer-side litigation, with additional exposure to employment counseling and workplace investigations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Represent employers in a broad range of labor and employment litigation matters
  • Manage and support class actions and representative actions, including:
    • Wage and hour disputes
    • Employment discrimination matters
  • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery materials
  • Support employment advice and counseling work for clients
  • Assist with internal and workplace investigations
  • Collaborate closely with partners and clients on litigation strategy and case management

Compensation & Benefits
The annual compensation range for this position is $310,000-$435,000. Actual salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience, and other operational considerations.
