Position SummaryOur Phoenix office has an opportunity for a Labor & Employment Associate to join the firm's expanding practice. Duties include, but are not limited to, performing legal research, drafting legal memoranda, motions, and pleadings, attending court conferences, handling discovery-related activities and investigations, and drafting position statements, dispositive motions, attending and handling arbitrations, etc. Experience handling a single-plaintiff employment lawsuit from start to finish with minimal oversight is preferred. Requirements- Juris Doctor. Qualified candidates must be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing in Arizona. During employment, you must meet requirements for continuing licensure for law practice.
- Candidates must possess four or more years of experience in Arizona.
- Excellent analytical and writing skills are required.
- Must be licensed to practice in Arizona.
