Full Job Description
The Knowledge Content Senior Analyst is a seasoned professional role responsible for the onboarding, ongoing management, and execution of Citigold banking and investment knowledge content. Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge and business understanding to ensure frontline and support teams have accurate, current, and execution-ready "record of truth" content to service clients. Requires a strong analytical skillset, attention to detail, and a risk-aware mindset to manage regulated content at scale. Integrates subject matter expertise, coordinates with cross-functional partners, and exercises sound judgment when addressing moderately complex issues involving competing priorities and stakeholder needs. Strong communication and influence skills are required. The role has significant impact on frontline execution quality and client experience through ownership of knowledge content accuracy and availability.

Responsibilities:
  • Supports the onboarding, execution, and lifecycle management of Citigold digital knowledge content.
  • Owns and maintains knowledge articles that serve as the authoritative record of truth for how to execute processes and service Citigold clients.
  • Coordinates the creation, review, update, and decommissioning of knowledge content in partnership with cross-functional teams.
  • Executes content onboarding efforts for new articles and major updates, working closely with management and cross-functional teams.
  • Reviews, edits, and publishes knowledge content to ensure accuracy, execution clarity, usability for the frontline, and adherence to established standards and templates.
  • Applies a structured change management approach to content updates driven by product launches, policy changes, process enhancements, and field feedback.
  • Executes within established governance frameworks while partnering with leadership on prioritization and escalation of risks or issues.
  • Produces reporting and metrics on content status, review cycles, backlog, and change throughput for leadership visibility.
  • Supports audits, exams, and issue remediation efforts related to knowledge content as a coordinator and subject matter resource.


Qualifications:
  • 5-8 years of experience in banking, wealth management, operations, content management, program execution, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of banking and/or investment products and client servicing processes, or the ability to rapidly acquire this knowledge.
  • Proven ability to coordinate and influence across multiple stakeholders and subject matter experts without direct authority.
  • Strong written communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Process-minded, detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage competing priorities.

  • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
