What you'll do
⦿ System Design & Configuration: Design and configure Kinaxis solutions tailored to meet business needs, ensuring alignment with end-user requirements and specifications.
⦿ Project Leadership & Collaboration: Lead enhancements, testing, upgrades, and support initiatives, working closely with business users, IT teams, and external partners to deliver seamless supply chain planning solutions.
⦿ Daily Operations & Support: Manage day-to-day tasks received from internal customers, maintain system integrity, and troubleshoot issues to ensure continuous system performance.
⦿ Process Improvement & Documentation: Identify opportunities to improve processes, integrations, and data quality while maintaining comprehensive system and process documentation.
⦿ Travel Requirements: Minimal travel expected; primarily remote collaboration with occasional visits as needed.

What you'll bring
Must-haves:
⦿ Proven experience (5+ years) designing and configuring Kinaxis solutions within supply chain planning environments.
⦿ Strong supply chain background with deep technical understanding of planning business solutions.
⦿ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
⦿ Ability to lead projects independently and work closely with business users to translate needs into system functionality.
Nice-to-haves:
⦿ Experience working with cross-functional teams.
⦿ Familiarity with SAP and S4 system integration.
⦿ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
