Key Responsibilities:We are seeking an experienced JD Edwards Supply Chain functional Support lead to support JDE application around functional areas such as Manufacturing, Fulfillment, Order to Cash, MDM Delivery, Pricing, Homecare delivery etc. The role involves following key responsibilities:
- Serve as the functional lead for JD Edwards (JDE) Supply Chain functional areas (Manufacturing, Fulfillment, Order to Cash, MDM Delivery, Pricing, Homecare delivery) in a production support environment, ensuring system stability and SLA compliance.
- Own incident and problem management for supply chain-related issues - triage, root cause analysis, resolution, and post-incident documentation.
- Coordinate with business users, technical teams, and third-party vendors to resolve functional issues within agreed SLAs and OLAs.
- Lead and mentor a team of functional support analysts, providing guidance on issue resolution and best practices.
- Manage change requests and minor enhancements, working through the full lifecycle from requirements gathering to UAT and deployment.
- Monitor and proactively address recurring issues to reduce ticket volume and improve system reliability.
- Maintain functional design documents, SOPs, and knowledge base articles to support continuous improvement.
- Participate in on-call rotations and provide support during critical business periods (month-end, year-end, peak cycles).
- Work with offshore, nearshore, client and other vendors to make sure that JDE system is up & running
Basic Qualifications: - 7+ years of hands-on functional experience with JD Edwards Supply Chain modules (Manufacturing, Fulfillment, Order to Cash, MDM Delivery, Pricing, Homecare delivery)
- Proven experience in a production support or application maintenance environment.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain business processes and their JDE configurations.
- Experience managing and resolving P1/P2 incidents with direct business impact.
- Familiarity with ITSM tool such as ServiceNow
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical teams and business stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:- Knowledge of integration touchpoints between JDE Supply Chain and Finance
- Prior experience as a lead within a managed services or AMS environment.
- Experience working in global or multi-site production support models across time zones
