Job SummaryWe are seeking a Java Full Stack Developer to design, develop, maintain, and support enterprise applications while serving as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams. This role is responsible for translating business requirements into technical solutions, developing scalable full-stack applications, enhancing user interfaces, supporting the software development lifecycle, and collaborating within Agile teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Translate business requirements into functional, technical, and system specifications.
- Design, develop, maintain, and support distributed enterprise applications.
- Build scalable and highly available application solutions.
- Contribute to application availability, performance, and scalability.
- Analyze existing application designs and implement enhancements and extensions.
- Design and enhance responsive user interfaces with a focus on user experience.
- Develop front-end applications using Angular and/or React.
- Develop back-end services using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
- Perform software testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and defect resolution.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute throughout the SDLC.
- Develop and maintain unit tests following TDD and BDD methodologies.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Business Analysts, and cross-functional teams.
- Utilize version control, CI/CD, and issue tracking tools to support software delivery.
- Promote development best practices, coding standards, and continuous improvement.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of Java development experience.
- 3+ years of experience developing applications using Angular and/or React.
- Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience working with Agile development methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience designing and developing distributed applications.
- Experience with object-oriented programming and design principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).
- Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD).
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Experience working in enterprise Agile development environments.
