About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Full Stack Developer with deep expertise in React.js for UI development and strong hands on experience with AWS cloud services. The ideal candidate will lead full stack engineering efforts, drive modern architecture decisions, and mentor a team of developers to deliver scalable, secure, and high performance applications.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
• Lead end-to-end design and development of scalable full stack applications.
• Drive architectural decisions, best coding practices, and technical standards.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross functional teams to define technical solutions.
Frontend Development (React JS)
• Build responsive, high performance UI using React.js, Redux, TypeScript, and modern UI libraries.
• Develop reusable components and ensure high code quality through unit testing.
• Optimize front end applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Backend Development
• Design and build RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
• Develop microservices with clean architecture and secure integrations.
• Implement server-side business logic, caching, and data storage solutions.
Cloud (AWS)
• Design and deploy cloud-native applications using AWS services such as:
o Lambda, EC2, ECS/EKS, S3, API Gateway, CloudFront, DynamoDB/RDS, SNS/SQS
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using AWS CodePipeline, CodeBuild, GitHub Actions, or similar.
• Ensure cloud infrastructure follows best practices in security, scalability, and cost optimization.
Quality & Delivery
• Perform code reviews and enforce engineering standards.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize performance across the stack.
• Guide the team in Agile/Scrum delivery practices.
Required Skills
• 8+ years of hands on full stack development experience.
• Strong expertise in React.js, Redux, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
• Backend experience in Node.js, Java, or similar languages.
• Strong understanding of AWS cloud architecture and hands on experience with major services.
• Experience with microservices, serverless frameworks, and API first architecture.
• Solid understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to mentor team members
Preferred Skills
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or containerized deployments.
• Knowledge of IaC (CloudFormation / Terraform).
• Familiarity with modern design systems and UI/UX best practices.
• Exposure to event-driven architecture, Kafka, or messaging systems.'
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $90,000-$115,000
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
