Your role
- Lead the architecture, design, and development of digital and mixed-signal hardware platforms for networking and security products.
- Define technical strategy and provide architectural leadership throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Guide schematic design, component selection, and interface architecture decisions to ensure scalable and robust hardware solutions.
- Drive the development of high-speed interface architectures, including PCIe, DDR, Ethernet, USB, and SerDes technologies.
- Lead board bring-up, system integration, debugging, validation, and hardware qualification activities.
- Review and optimize signal integrity (SI), power integrity (PI), reliability, and overall system performance.
- Collaborate with firmware, software, manufacturing, and quality teams to deliver production-ready products and resolve complex field issues through root-cause analysis.
- Mentor engineering teams, promote best practices, and drive innovation across hardware architecture and product development initiatives.
Your skills and experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline, with 12+ years of experience in system architecture, hardware design, or product development.
- Deep expertise in system architecture, hardware/software integration, and enterprise-scale platform development, with a proven track record of leading technical strategy and execution.
- Experience architecting and developing networking and security products, including switches, routers, firewalls, and security appliances.
- Strong knowledge of Ethernet technologies, hardware acceleration, networking hardware architectures, and embedded systems.
- Hands-on experience with high-speed board design, mixed-signal hardware, power circuitry, and advanced interfaces such as PCIe, DDR, USB, and SerDes.
- Proficiency with hardware design tools (Cadence Allegro, OrCAD, or similar), along with knowledge of EMI/EMC, safety, reliability testing, and manufacturing readiness
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is:$82,082 - $193,440.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
