The opportunity

Delaware North is hiring a full-time IT VIP Support Analyst to join our team at our global headquarters in Buffalo, New York. As an IT VIP Support Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and reliable technology experience across both corporate and residential environments, minimizing disruption during high-impact meetings, travel, and daily operations. Pay

Minimum - Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $82,600 - $111,500 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do?
  • Provide high-touch technical support to executive stakeholders and their teams across corporate, residential, mobile, and collaboration technology environments
  • Conduct proactive health checks of devices, applications, connectivity, and collaboration tools to identify and resolve issues before they impact productivity
  • Deliver concierge-level technology support by simplifying complex systems and ensuring a seamless user experience with professionalism and discretion
  • Manage executive meeting and boardroom technology by ensuring audio-visual systems, conferencing platforms, and connectivity are fully operational and reliable
  • Support high-profile meetings through real-time troubleshooting, issue resolution, and coordination with internal teams and third-party vendors
  • Evaluate, test, and implement technology solutions for executive use in partnership with service delivery leadership
  • Maintain detailed documentation of executive technology environments and ensure issues are tracked through full resolution
  • Contribute to operational and strategic technology initiatives while assessing emerging consumer technologies to support executive and business needs
