Salary Range:
$61,000.00 - $101,800.00

This pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation that the position offers, and final compensation can vary within the range depending on work location, job experience, skills, and relevant educational attainment and/or training.

Job Title: End User Services Engineer

Location: Houston, Texas, USA

As an End User Services Engineer, you will provide responsive, high-quality technology support to colleagues working in the Houston office and remotely. You will be part of a collaborative regional and global IT team committed to creating an excellent end-user experience. This role combines hands-on technical support, customer service, teamwork and continuous improvement. You will help keep employees productive, meeting spaces operational and local technology secure and reliable.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage incidents and service requests through ServiceNow.
  • Support employee onboarding, departures, computer replacements and IT inventory.
  • Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, account, mobile-device and endpoint-management issues.
  • Support meeting-room technology and coordinate equipment health checks with the unified communications and network teams.
  • Assist with major incidents, technology changes and critical out-of-hours site work when required.

Essential requirements
  • At least five years of IT support or End User Services experience in a corporate environment.
  • Experience supporting employees working in offices and remotely.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 and Entra ID/Active Directory.
  • Experience using an IT service-management platform such as ServiceNow or Jira.
  • Ability to support iOS and Android smartphones and tablets.

Desired skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, SCCM or similar endpoint-management tools.
  • Strong communication and customer-service skills, with the ability to support colleagues at every level of the organization.
