Details

What you will do at Sogeti :

  • Lead and coordinate multiple concurrent workstreams across Corporate IT and business functions, ensuring successful delivery of program objectives, milestones, and outcomes.
  • Manage end-to-end project activities, including planning, scheduling, governance, RAID management, dependency tracking, status reporting, and stakeholder communications.
  • Partner with business leaders, application owners, infrastructure teams, architects, and vendors to drive alignment and execution.
  • Support application portfolio optimization efforts, including application consolidation, modernization, retirement, and decommissioning initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and technology simplification that increase operational efficiency and reduce costs.


What you will bring :
  • Should have at least 7+ years of related experience
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional technology initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
  • Experience delivering technology optimization, transformation, application portfolio management, or operational efficiency programs.
  • Strong understanding of application lifecycle management, technology modernization, and IT governance practices.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • PMP or comparable certification is nice to have, but not required


Education:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
