JOB SUMMARY
Lead capture, ingestion, validation, enrichment, scoring, qualification, routing and nurturing. Salesforce, MuleSoft, Adobe Experience Platform and Eloqua integrations. Third-party lead intake standardization and automation opportunities. Lead enrichment with source attribution, campaign/tactic metadata and customer journey visibility. Reporting, analytics, SLA monitoring, data quality controls and workflow audit trail.
