What you will be doing- Lead and develop the IT Operations team, including project execution, employee performance, and resource management.
- Oversee IT infrastructure operations, monitoring, patching, backups, and system availability
- Manage change and incident management processes to ensure service reliability and minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with Information Security to address vulnerabilities and maintain compliance with security standards.
- Lead technology projects, coordinate vendor relationships, and support continuous process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications- Advanced experience with Microsoft and Linux system administration.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Administration, Azure AD Sync, networking, infrastructure, and storage technologies.
- Strong leadership, project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly solutions and effectively manage multiple priorities
