Full Time | ConchoGeneral Description The IT Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, securing, and maintaining the organization's information technology infrastructure. This position oversees all aspects of computer systems, servers, networks, cybersecurity, telecommunications, software applications, and technical support while ensuring technology aligns with organizational goals. The IT Manager developslong-term technology strategies, manages IT vendors and budgets, and provides leadership for technology initiatives.
Work Schedule - Requires morning, afternoon and evenings. Monday through Friday, some weekends
- Request to be scheduled off for a specific day requires advance notification and approval
- Primarily office environment with occasional travel to remote
- Occasional evening and weekend work for maintenance or
- On-call availability for critical system
Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Manage daily operation of all IT systems and
- Ensure high availability and reliability of all technology
- Plan and oversee technology upgrades and infrastructure
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems, network diagrams, and
- Develop and maintain IT policies and
- Administer servers, storage systems, virtualization platforms, and cloud
- Maintain wired and wireless network
- Manage firewalls, VPNs, routers, switches, and internet
- Develop and maintain cybersecurity policies and best
- Monitor systems for security threats and
- Implement and maintain endpoint protection, MFA, email security, and network
- Coordinate security awareness training for
- Respond to cybersecurity incidents and coordinate remediation
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network
- Manage help desk requests and prioritize
- Must exhibit STAR treatment to all customers and co-workers
Physical Job Requirements - Sit and/or stand continuously and perform job functions for a full shift with lunch break
- Requires bending, twisting, reaching, climbing, stooping, crouching, kneeling, lifting and pulling
- Frequently lift and move equipment weighing up to 50
- Ability to crawl under desks, work in equipment rooms, and climb ladders when
- Ability to work after hours during emergencies or scheduled maintenance
Requirements - Requires travel to all Lucky Star Casino Locations.
- Basic electronic/tech knowledge.
- Five years of progressively responsible IT
- Three years of experience administering enterprise networks and
- Must possess a valid Oklahoma state-issued driver's license.
- Must have own, reliable transportation.
- Must pass pre-employment drug test.
- Must maintain valid Cheyenne- Arapaho Gaming License.
- Supervisory or project management experience
- Windows Server administration
- Microsoft 365
