Information Technology Services is seeking an Application Development Manager (Information Technology Manager Level II) to lead a team of software engineers responsible for building and modernizing Idaho's next generation of enterprise applications. This position is located onsite at our Chinden Office in Boise, Idaho.
This role will play a pivotal part in advancing our engineering capabilities, driving adoption of secure coding practices, promoting high-quality development standards, and preparing applications for an increasingly AI-enabled future. The manager will lead teams in designing, developing, and sustaining modern software solutions that are reliable, secure, scalable, and aligned with Idaho's long-term technology strategy.
