You'll combine technical leadership, people development, and strategic thinking to deliver innovative products that support business growth. You will: - Lead, mentor, and develop software engineers and quality assurance team members while building a collaborative, high-performing team culture. - Partner with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to define priorities, support product roadmaps, and deliver business-focused solutions. - Guide technical design, implementation planning, and engineering best practices. - Drive improvements in application performance, scalability, reliability, and overall product quality. - Support Agile practices and help teams continuously improve how they plan, build, and deliver solutions. - Champion AI adoption by evaluating emerging tools, establishing best practices, and helping teams integrate AI into their daily workflows. What You Bring - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered. - 10+ years of software development experience, including experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. - 2+ years of experience leading and managing software engineering teams. - Experience developing applications and services using .NET/C#. - Experience with authentication and authorization systems and cloud-native development. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and inspire teams. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills with technical and business stakeholders. - Ability to balance technical strategy, business priorities, and team development.
