Full Job Description
We're looking for an experienced logistics and supply chain professional to help manage our equipment inventory, delivery, installation, and deployment for our offices, data centers, and co-locations, and to track assets throughout their lifecycle. Additional responsibilities of this role will include: • Developing, implementing, and coordinating comprehensive logistics plans for equipment movement from warehouses to data centers • Managing the call-off process, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of equipment • Coordinating, with the support of the business stakeholders, the planning of installations and deployments of equipment across multiple sites • Working alongside our internal Procurement team to support the management of inventory levels and identify any stock challenges • Helping with asset transfers and driving process improvements across logistics and supply chain operations where possible • Troubleshooting and resolving any logistics-related issues • Managing customs broking and paperwork arrangements for the importing and exporting of goods across global markets • Manage and oversee our warehousing providers • Ensure real-time inventory data accuracy About You • Have 5+ years of experience in logistics and project management, preferably in IT or data center environments • Have demonstrable experience improving, streamlining, and documenting processes, and operate with a high sense of urgency • Have a proven track record of managing vendors and coordinating third-party services • An experienced project manager and resource planner who understands warehouse operations and inventory management • A strong communicator with great people and problem-solving skills • Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets • Have experience in managing asset transfers and improving that process where possible (a plus but not required)
