The Office Endpoint team is a core infrastructure function serving all employees. Through standardized hardware selection, engineered endpoint images, automated delivery and operations, and data-driven security and experience optimization, the team builds scalable, measurable, and continuously evolving office endpoint products and platforms. Our mission is to ensure uninterrupted employee productivity across workplace scenarios, while enabling secure and efficient work, delivering an excellent user experience, and improving cost efficiency. Role Overview We are looking for a senior IT Asset Management professional to oversee endpoint asset compliance, governance, and lifecycle management across non-China regions, while also driving global endpoint asset strategies and operating standards. This role combines regional governance, lifecycle operations management, and global strategy development, requiring strong cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder management, and program execution capabilities. The ideal candidate should have experience working in global or regional environments, be comfortable collaborating across time zones, and be capable of balancing governance, operational efficiency, user productivity, and cost optimization in complex environments. Responsibilities - Define and drive global endpoint asset strategies, standards, and operating models across the full device lifecycle - Ensure different employee populations and job functions are equipped with fit-for-purpose, productivity-aligned endpoint solutions, balancing user productivity, cost efficiency, and resource optimization - Drive consistency and governance across regions to ensure efficient device utilization and consistent user experience - Ensure non-China endpoint asset management practices comply with applicable regulatory, security, audit, tax, and internal policy requirements across regions - Establish and continuously optimize governance frameworks, policies, operational controls, and audit mechanisms for endpoint asset management - Partner closely with IT support teams, procurement, security, finance and other regional cross-functional teams to resolve operational and compliance challenges - Drive continuous improvement through workflow automation, system integration, and data-driven decision making - Continuously identify opportunities to improve overall global endpoint asset management effectiveness and operational maturity

Qualification

Minimum Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in IT Asset Management, IT Operations, or related fields - Strong understanding of endpoint asset lifecycle management and governance practices - Experience leading cross-functional and cross-regional programs in complex global environments - Familiarity with compliance, audit, information security, and risk management requirements - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills - Ability to work effectively across time zones and in a highly collaborative global organization Preferred Qualifications - Strategic thinking and strong execution capability - Comfortable balancing governance, operations, and business needs - Able to drive alignment in complex stakeholder environments - Strong ownership mindset and problem-solving capability - Experience working in multinational or matrix organizations preferred - Experience with ITAM platforms, workflow automation, and operational data analysis is preferred

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $115200 - $227800 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
