Job Title: IT Director
Location: Pittsburgh, PA

Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain and oversee all aspects of IT services across multiple locations.
- Administer Google email and manage strong security practices for all IT systems and devices.
- Configure and manage cloud-based appliances, backup solutions, and network infrastructure including wired and wifi networks.
- Maintain and troubleshoot systems interfacing with fabrication machines such as plasma tables, laser cutters, and welders.
- Manage site-to-site and client VPN networks, device security, and ensure organizational policies compliance.
- Administer, maintain, and configure Windows PCs; manage help desk support and hardware/software procurement.
- Set up remote field offices, manage cellular data accounts, building security systems, cloud-based phone systems, and internet services across multiple locations.
- Manage servers and security enclave equipment; oversee security in the CUI enclave.
- Develop and provide IT staff training, maintain documentation for IT processes, configurations, and support guidelines.
Requirements - Robust and wide understanding of computer systems, networks, security, telecommunications, databases and storage systems
- Strong interpersonal communication and leadership skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage tasks/projects, escalate issues as needed
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communications skills
- Knowledge of network systems and cloud-based networking
- Ability to synthesize information and make independent decisions
- Manage and adjust processes as business expectations change and evolve
- Initiative and adaptability to a changing environment
- Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in IT systems administration or a related role
- Administrative experience with Microsoft Systems
