IT Commercial Analyst to support the financial, operational, and vendor management functions of our IT organization. This role plays a critical part in managing technology investments, procurement activities, contract administration, financial reporting, and vendor relationships that enable the successful delivery of IT initiatives across the enterprise.
Location: Dallas, TX (preferred)
Days: Monday - Friday
Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST
Full-time: Benefit Eligible
What You'll Do- Coordinate IT capital expenditure (CapEx) requests, budget tracking, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Manage purchase orders, vendor onboarding, invoice reconciliation, and procurement activities.
- Support vendor governance through contract management, renewals, performance reviews, and quarterly business reviews.
- Maintain and track IT contracts, commercial terms, and compliance requirements.
- Assist with labor capitalization reporting, project financial tracking, and portfolio reporting.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and help optimize IT spending.
- Partner with IT, Finance, Accounting, Legal, Procurement, and external vendors to improve operational efficiency and financial transparency.
What We're Looking For- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience managing purchase orders, contracts, invoices, and vendor relationships.
- Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent organizational, project coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
