Work Schedule

This is a full-time, exempt (salaried) position assigned to a First Shift schedule, with standard business hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Business needs may occasionally require flexibility in work hours, including earlier, later, or additional hours, with reasonable notice provided when possible.

Job Responsibilities:
• Own and cultivate strategic relationships between the BRM function and partners to stimulate demand and drive value.
• Develop deep domain knowledge of partner organizational functions and establish cross-functional relationships.
• Educate partners on the BRM purpose, emphasizing powerful communication and effective collaboration.
• Collaborate with leaders to evaluate and shape initiatives for strategic value.
• Focus on value creation over solutions, identifying new opportunities through industry trends.
• Monitor initiative progress, ensuring alignment with expectations and strategic objectives.
• Validate that organizational purpose supports desired results through business case development and financial awareness.
• Strategize with partners to create future roadmaps that converge organizational strategic direction into unified objectives.
• Collaborate actively in maturing the BRM discipline and developing best practices.
• Evolve BRM artifacts, including Strategic Relationship Plans, Value Plans, and other key documents.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field
• 5 or more years of experience in roles involving direct interaction and high influence with senior leadership, both internal and external. Demonstrates the ability to rapidly build rapport and trust across all departments, creating alignment among disparate senior stakeholders to commit to key talent initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Business Relationship Management Professional (BRMP®) certification.
• 10 or more years of experience in roles involving direct interaction and high influence with senior leadership, both internal and external. Demonstrates the ability to rapidly build rapport and trust across all departments, creating alignment among disparate senior stakeholders to commit to key talent initiatives.
• 5 or more years of experience in commercial laboratory operations.

• Displays strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of delivering innovative and pragmatic solutions.

• Familiarity with IT systems, infrastructure, and processes, including enterprise applications, networks, data centers, and security is preferred but not required.
• Exceptional leadership skills in driving change collaboratively.
• Strong communication skills in writing, speaking, and presenting.
• Masterful relationship-building and team collaboration abilities.
• Skilled in conflict negotiation and problem-solving.
