IT Business Partner

Join Siemens Smart Infrastructure Electrical Products as an IT Business Partner supporting our Ft. Worth Alliance manufacturing operation and helping drive the successful launch and stabilization of a newly built factory. In this role, you will serve as a strategic technology leader, partnering with business stakeholders to advance digital transformation, standardize processes, and optimize technology solutions that improve manufacturing, engineering, and operational performance.

This position will be on-site in Ft. Worth Alliance, Texas.
You'll make an impact by:
• Serving as the primary IT partner for the Ft. Worth Alliance factory, ensuring technology readiness, operational stability, and ongoing business support throughout launch and expansion activities.
• Building strong partnerships with business leaders and stakeholders to identify technology opportunities, address operational challenges, and align IT initiatives with business objectives.
• Driving digital transformation, modernization, and standardization efforts across applications, infrastructure, and business processes.
• Planning and leading IT projects and business demands from initiation through implementation, including requirements gathering, scope definition, risk management, timeline oversight, and execution coordination.
• Navigating complex networks of internal and external technology providers to ensure successful delivery of projects, services, and support activities.
• Managing major incidents through resolution, including escalation management, root cause analysis, stakeholder communication, and service restoration.
• Facilitating collaboration across IT providers and business teams to ensure accountability, quality, and timely execution of critical initiatives.
• Providing consultation on IT operational issues and opportunities while coordinating solutions and follow-through with appropriate service teams.
• Communicating technology strategies, priorities, projects, and new tool releases to business leaders and end users.
• Collaborating with global Siemens IT teams to align best practices, technology standards, and strategic initiatives.
• Ensuring application portfolio decisions support both business priorities and long-term IT strategy.
• Supporting business requests related to technology policies, reporting, adoption metrics, usage analytics, and project data requirements.
• Monitoring IT service consumption and identifying opportunities to improve utilization and reduce unnecessary costs.
• Building trusted relationships throughout the organization and promoting a positive employee experience with IT services and solutions.
• Providing support during non-standard business hours as required to support manufacturing operations and critical business needs.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree from an accredited university
• 5-8 years of experience in information technology roles supporting business operations.
• Experience within manufacturing, industrial, production, or other mission-critical operational environments.
• Proven ability to lead digital transformation, modernization, or innovation initiatives within complex organizations.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure architecture, solution implementation, and IT service management practices.
• Demonstrated success managing complex IT projects involving multiple stakeholders, vendors, and service providers.
• Prior support of manufacturing facilities, large operational sites, or site-launch initiatives.
• Ability to travel between business locations as required.
• Proficient in English both written and verbal.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with SAP environments.
• Experience supporting manufacturing systems, including PLM and MES applications.
• Experience supporting warehouse and logistics operations.
• Experience presenting technology initiatives, project status, recommendations, or operational issues to business leadership and key stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure services and cloud-based technologies.
• Experience identifying, coordinating, and resolving complex technology issues involving multiple stakeholders, service providers, and support teams.
• Experience supporting new factory, warehouse, distribution center, or greenfield site launches.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
