Job SummaryThe Senior Business Analyst supports the Treasury Systems and Transformation (TST) team in delivering projects, maintaining, and enhancing the Global Treasury Cash Application infrastructure. This role ensures system solutions and processes align with company objectives, safeguard financial data integrity, and drive efficiency through automation, ERP enhancements, and steady-state support. reasury applications.Key Responsibilities- Business Systems Analysis: Define and refine requirements, support data transformation, process re-engineering, automation, configurations, testing, training, and implementation.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with GFT teams to clarify technical specifications and ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively resolve issues by consulting stakeholders and escalating as needed.
- Project Documentation: Create and maintain thorough documentation including functional and technical design specifications.
- Testing Leadership: Prepare test plans/matrices, execute functional and system integration testing, and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Project Management: Manage small to medium initiatives following established methodologies.
- Production Support: Conduct ad-hoc analysis to identify root causes of production problems and develop timely solutions.
- Steady State Maintenance: Maintain and enhance existing production tools and processes.
- Client Interaction: Interact professionally with clients and business areas to deliver high-quality service.
Required Qualifications- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in business systems analysis within Treasury cash management and/or Finance
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
- Capability to independently learn new systems and technologies
- Experience with process automation initiatives
- Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize competing tasks
- Exceptional analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills
- Flexible and adaptable when dealing with change
- Comfortable analyzing and organizing large volumes of data
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with citizen developer tools such as Power Apps, Power BI, or Alteryx
- Background in initiatives driving process automation
- Strong communication skills for reporting project status and critical issues
Certifications (if any)- Professional certifications in business analysis, project management, or ERP systems are advantageous
